At this time, Shannon’s caseload might be full. However, you are welcome to email her directly at shannonfurey@gmail.com to check if she is currently taking on new clients or to be connected when space becomes available.

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE CONSENT FORMS BEFORE MY SESSION?

Yes. All intake and consent forms must be completed before your first appointment. These forms will be sent to you by email. If you have trouble accessing or completing them, please call our front desk at 709-220-6455 and our receptionist will assist you.

IS DIRECT BILLING AVAILABLE FOR SHANNON’S SESSIONS?

Yes. As a registered social worker, Shannon can direct bill insurance providers and also direct bill Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). However, we strongly encourage clients to check their coverage with their provider in advance, as our receptionists are not able to confirm this information on your behalf.

HOW CAN I REBOOK OR CANCEL A SESSION?

You can manage your appointments through the client portal, by calling the front desk at 709-220-6455, or by emailing Shannon. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
