This page describes how we handle information and the terms you agree to when using n8n railway app (the “App”).
The App connects our QuickBooks Online company file with our private n8n automation.
It is not a public or commercial product.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

  • QuickBooks Data Accessed: Only the accounting data required to run our internal workflows (e.g., customers, invoices, payments, chart of accounts).

  • OAuth Tokens: Encrypted tokens issued by Intuit to allow secure, limited API access.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

  • Solely to automate and manage our own business accounting tasks.

  • No information is sold, shared, or used for advertising.

2.3 Data Storage and Security

  • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted inside our n8n credentials vault.

  • No accounting data is permanently stored outside QuickBooks Online.

  • All communication occurs over HTTPS.

2.4 Data Retention and Deletion

  • Tokens are retained only while the integration is active.

  • Tokens and any temporary data are deleted when the integration is disconnected or when no longer needed.

2.5 Your Rights

  • You may revoke the App’s access at any time through the QuickBooks Online Apps settings.

  • You may request confirmation that no other data is retained by contacting us (see Section 4).

2.6 Changes to this Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.

3. Terms of Service

3.1 Acceptance of Terms

By connecting QuickBooks Online to n8n railway app, you confirm that you are authorized to manage our company’s QuickBooks account and agree to these Terms.

3.2 Purpose and Scope

  • The App is for internal business use only and is not intended for resale, redistribution, or public use.

3.3 User Responsibilities

  • Keep QuickBooks and n8n account credentials secure.

  • Disconnect the App immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this App.

3.6 Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate the App’s operation at any time.

  • You may terminate access at any time by revoking the App’s connection in QuickBooks.
